Little Chester Street Project

Nestled in the heart of Belgravia, moments from Belgrave Square, Little Chester Street embodies the quintessential London charm. This 2,665 sqft terrace house features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, designed to create a serene urban experience for its residents.

Let’s take you through the intricately designed spaces of this beautiful home.

Living Area

The living room at Little Chester Street is designed to be warm and welcoming. We utilised inviting warm colours in the furniture, which echoed in the curated artwork. Contrasting blacks beautifully complement the light wood panelling, adding visual interest. Trendy patterns in the armchair back and cushions introduce a modern touch, while simple yet beautiful joinery is highlighted with interesting accessories. To add layers and depth, we played with different heights in accessories.

Additionally, the sofa and armchairs feature curves to add softness, balancing the generally square design of the space. The coffee table is a nesting set with varying heights, featuring a white marble top and a vintage brass base, blending functionality with style.

Kitchen & Dining Area

The open-plan kitchen and dining area are perfect for hosting small gatherings. We aimed to combine functionality with style, adding vintage frames and artwork to the kitchen shelves to create a unique contrast in the modern environment.

The dining table, with its dark wooden top and angular brass legs, introduces a dramatic element into the light space. Seating six comfortably, the dining area is highlighted by a tiered chandelier with milky white glass discs and a swirl effect, adding a touch of elegance. The dining chairs, which have a slight mid-century feel with a contemporary twist, are upholstered in a soft off-white boucle and provide excellent support.

Principal Bedroom

The principal bedroom is designed to be a calming retreat with a palette of soothing blues and gorgeous neutrals. To add softness, we incorporated pink floral arrangements. The headboard is kept relatively soft compared to the strong look of the armchairs, creating a balanced aesthetic. A minimalist-inspired dressing table in a figured eucalyptus veneer fits beautifully within the contemporary design of the bedroom.

Little Chester Street is a project where historical elegance meets modern sophistication, designed to offer a serene urban living experience. We are incredibly proud of the outcome and grateful to our fantastic suppliers who helped bring this vision to life.
